The strategy from Marvelous to include Doraemon, Noby (Nobita), Sue (Shizuka), Sneetch (Suneo), and Big G (Giant) into the Story of Seasons game can be said to be quite successful. In terms of the story, it can be said that Doraemon Story of Season adopts the story of each Movienya, where Nobita, Doraemon, and their friends will be thrown far to another dimension. The story begins when Nobita has to do his summer project and ends by finding a mysterious plant. Feeling curious about this, Nobita tried to plant the mysterious plant seeds in the mountains behind his school. Unknown to this, the mysterious plant seeds continued to grow into a giant tree which eventually flew Nobita, Doraemon, and their friends into a world, where the story of this one game will begin.

You could say that the story in Doraemon Story of Season will not only have conditions with the moral lesson but will also have an important role in the game. So those of you who only want to survive and only focus on gardening activities are guaranteed to have difficulty playing this one game. Although Doraemon Story of Season itself has the main story where you are required to find a way home by collecting various Doraemon gadgets that were lost through the “Big Tree Mystery” arc, the side stories of each character in this game have a significant effect on terms of gameplay. Where each story arc from each character in this game will require you to complete the main mission.
So far there are about 21 stories that you can explore in the Doraemon Story of Season game that you can play, including 1 additional story for the PS4 version, namely “Beluga Whale” which you can find in the Cave near Zazan Beach. You could say that in addition to gardening simulation which is the main dish of this game, the storyline which is packaged quite nicely is also one of the things that stands out from this game developed by Marvelous.
